Brenda Faye Mulligan

Mrs. Brenda Faye Mulligan, age 73, of Adairsville, GA, passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021.

Mrs. Mulligan was born on March 18, 1948 in Atlanta, GA, to her late parents: Charles Jones and Dorothy Turner Jones. Brenda lived the past 13 years in Adairsville but was originally from Rockmart. She was of Christian faith and loved to read, shopping, reading and spending time with her precious grandchildren. Mrs. Mulligan was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mulligan was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lamar Mulligan, infant daughter, Kim and sisters: Diane Neeson and Cookie Wiggins-Clay.

Brenda is survived by her loving daughter, Michelle Hobgood (Donny) of Adairsville, GA, and Paul Holmes, Jr. of Adairsville, GA, 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, sister, Tena Padgett and brother, Eddie Wiggins. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Memorial Services for Mrs. Mulligan will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 6:00 PM in The Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home Chapel with eulogies given by family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 5:00 PM until the service hour at 6:00 PM.
