Funeral services for J. Brian Perry, 48, of Orange Park, will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 in the chapel of Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services, from 1:00 ? 2:00 PM. Interment will follow in Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Haven Hospice (800) 727-1889.


Brian was born to Martha Sue Shepherd Perry and the late Harold Eugene Perry onDecember 10, 1964 in Milton, FL and passed away on November 10, 2013 in Orange Park, FL. He was a graduate of Orange Park High School, class of 1982 and later earned his Associates Degree from Florida Technical College. He is survived by his daughter, Brittany Perry; his mother, Sue Perry; a brother, Alan Perry (Rozelle); 2 grandchildren, Mariah and William Smith; a niece, Alex Perry; and a nephew, Anthony Perry.
