Carole Anne Jacobs

Ms. Carole Anne Jacobs, age 77, of Riverdale, GA, passed away Thursday morning, August 8, 2024, at her residence.

Carole was born in Rockmart, GA, on October 8, 1946, a daughter of the late Wyley Clyde Jacobs and Mary “Dee” Ardelia Chitwood Jacobs. Prior to retirement, she worked for many years with Tools & Equipment Warehouse in the accounts payable department. Carole loved the ocean and enjoyed going to different kinds of conventions, including Dragon Con. She also enjoyed concerts and events of all kinds.

In addition to her parents, Carole was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Jacobs Dunaway, and Jean Jacobs Loefer, and several of her cat-fur babies.

Carole is survived by a daughter, Sheri Jacobs; brother-in-law, Gene Loefer; nephews, Kerry Dunaway (Lynn), and Josh Loefer; niece, Shannon Krause; and cat-fur baby, Dasher.

In keeping with her wishes, Carole will be cremated, and no formal services are planned at this time.
