Chuck Bryan Reece

Mr. Chuck Bryan Reece, age 62, of Cedartown, GA passed away Friday, March 7, 2025 at his residence following a year long illness.

Chuck was born on May 26, 1962 a son of the late C. B. Reece and the late Annie Mae Sisson Reece. He had lived the greater part of his life in Cedartown and was a self employed painting contractor. Chuck was a member of the Damascus Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing the guitar, watching NASCAR racing, watching UGA football and riding motorcycles.

Survivors include his wife, Anita Reece to whom he was married in 2003; daughter, Blaine Reece; son, Bryan Reece; step daughter, Christy Ellison; step son, Cody Knowles; three sisters: Vickie Hudgins, Melissa Steed and husband Joe and Tina Bullard and husband Keith. Eight grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 10, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Kyle Tibbetts and Rev. Kenneth Boatner officiating. Interment will follow in the Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will include: Cody Knowles, Raven Washington, Bryan Reese, Payton Pope, Christian Reece and Corey Steed. Joe Steed and Brandon Bullard will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
