Cody Allen Myers

Mr. Cody Allen Myers, age 29, of Rockmart, GA passed away Friday, August 20, 2021.

Cody was born in Rome, GA on January 1, 1992, a son of Terry Cooper and Tembria Jill Wilson Myers. He had lived all of his life in Rockmart. Cody enjoyed fishing, skate boarding, and had a great love for his family.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Tembria Myers; brother, Justin Myers; and grandfathers: Wayne Martin and Forrest Cooper.

Cody is survived by his son, Elijah Junek, Carrollton; father, Terry Cooper, Rockmart; grandmother, Joyce Martin, Rockmart; aunt, Vikki Wisniewski, Rockmart; nieces and nephews: Chayton Emmett-Myers, Damien Myers, Dekel Myers, Sky Myers, Makayla Plemons and Hope Myers, all of Rockmart; many other cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 5:00 pm in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with family and friends delivering eulogies. In keeping with the families wishes, Cody will be cremated following the service.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4:00 pm until the service hour at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial donations be made to the local food drive in memory of Cody.
