Crawder R. Free

Mr. Crawder R. Free, age 76, of Taylorsville, GA Passed away Sunday, May 17, 2020 at his residence.

He was born on August 9, 1943 in Taylorsville, GA the son of R.C. Free and Ollie Mae Dudley Free. Mr. Free had lived on the family farm all of his life and was a graduate of Taylorsville High School. He was a former employee of Shaw Industries and had farmed all of his life.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Carter Free on October 1, 2015.

Survivors include his children: Angela Butler (Andy), Taylorsville, Pam Ferguson, (Darrrell), Dallas and Gerald Free (Heather), Taylorsville; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Graveside funeral and interment services will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 3:00 pm in the Floyd Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Scott Shepard officiating.

Pallbearers will include: Nick Ferguson, Cody Ferguson, Justin Free, Ty Pope, Eddie Newman, Henry Holmes, James Bailey and Junior Neal.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12 noon until 2:30 pm at the funeral home with social distancing guidelines applied.
