Deborah Ann Coats

Mrs. Deborah Ann Coats, age 53, of Rome, GA, passed away Monday, January 13, 2025, at her residence.

Deborah was born in Carrollton, GA, on June 26, 1971, daughter of Billy Vines and the late Shelbert Nails Vines. She had lived the greater part of her life in Polk and Floyd counties and was of the Baptist faith. Deborah enjoyed camping and fishing and was an active Boy Scout Mom.

Deborah is survived by her husband, Kerry Coats; two sons, Isaac Coats and Matthew Coats; father, Billy Vines; brother, James (Susan) Vines. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside and interment services for Deborah will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in Polk Memory Gardens with family members delivering eulogies.
