Dell Robinson

Mr. Dell Robinson, age 80, of Aragon, GA, passed away Thursday evening, June 13, 2024, at his residence.

Mr. Robinson was born in Rockmart, GA, on May 12, 1944, son of the late C.O. “Mutt” Robinson and Lula Mae Cash Robinson. He had lived all of his life in Polk and Bartow counties and was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church. Mr. Robinson was a self-employed painter who enjoyed hunting, especially rabbits and foxes. He was known to raise hunting dogs and chickens.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Robinson was preceded in death by his wife, Inez Smith Robinson, a sister, Jennie Marie Robinson Forsyth, and five brothers, Ralph Robinson, Rev. Carl Robinson, Rev. Donald “Bo” Robinson, Ronnie Robinson, and Rev. Dean Robinson.

Mr. Robinson is survived by son, Thomas Odell “Tommy” Robinson, Sr. (Lisa); daughters, Crystal, Angie, and Amanda; son, Mike; granddaughter. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Robinson will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Robinson officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Robinson’s family will receive friends at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour.

Pallbearers will include Rodney Robinson, Dustin Robinson, Terry Robinson, Lee Forsyth, Matt Robinson, and Cody Bridges.

Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home & Crematory has charge of the arrangements for Mr. Dell Robinson.
