Dennis Ladell Williams

Mr. Dennis Ladell Williams, age 66, of Lindale, GA, passed away Sunday evening, January 19, 2025.

Dennis was born in Aragon, GA, on December 12, 1958, son of the late Odell Williams and Lela Mae Robinson Williams. He had lived the greater part of his life in Polk County, moving to Lindale 4 years ago. Dennis was a self-employed block layer and a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church. He enjoyed working and gardening, was an avid NASCAR fan, an also a fan of the University of Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons football teams. Dennis loved playing sports with his kids and grandchildren and spending time with them.

In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his wife, Syble Cash Williams, and a nephew, Brain Williams.

Dennis is survived by five children, Barry Keane, Robin Keane, Patrick Keane, Shane Keane, and Sheena Williams; seven grandchildren, Brent, Christopher, Caleb, Payton, Ryan, Trent, and Vince; four great-grandchildren, Olivia, Logan, Lucas, and Keanesley; sister, Lyria Williams; brother, Darrin Williams. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Dennis will be held on Thursday afternoon, January 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Ridge Baptist Church cemetery.

Dennis’ family will receive friends at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home Thursday from 12:00 noon until the service hour.

Pallbearers will include Shane Keane, Christopher Keane, Caleb Keane, Brent Keane, Patrick Keane, and Barry Keane.
