Don Michael Reece

Mr. Don Michael Reece, age 63, of Carter Mountain Road Rockmart passed away Thursday, September 27, 2012 following a lengthy illness.


He was born in Woodstock, GA on June 6, 1949 a son of Mary Inez Reece and the late Clyde Maxwell Reece. Mr. Reece had been a resident of Rockmart since 1975 moving here from Cartersville. He was of the Baptist faith and prior to ill health was employed in the construction industry.


Survivors include his mother, Mary Inez Reece, Rockmart; daughter, Lindsay Reece, Rockmart; two sons: Michael Reece, Indiana and Daniel Hatcher, Virginia; step daughter, Amanda Walker, Dallas; step son, Levi Lynn, Rockmart; five grandchildren: Allison Williams, Elijah Hatcher, Chandler Cook, Jonathan Walker and Eden Walker.


In keeping with his wishes Mr. Reece was cremated and no formal services are planned.
