Frances Mcrae

Mrs. Frances McRae, age 61, of Rockmart, GA passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016.

She was born in Jacksonville, FL on November 2, 1954. She had lived in Rockmart the greater part of her life where she was a member of the Rockmart First United Methodist Church. She graduated from Rockmart High School and attended Floyd Junior College and West Georgia College. She was a retired supervisor of the Department of Family and Children Services. Mrs. McRae was preceded in death by her mother, Mary McRae ; by a brother, Rusty McRae and by her husband, Randy Dabbs.

Survivors include her children: Justin Collum, Dalton, GA, Leslie Collum, Rockmart, GA and Kasey Embree, Rockmart, GA; two brothers: Scott McRae, New Orleans, LA and Russell McRae, Taylorsville, GA; two sisters: Lane McRae, Rockmart, GA and Leigh Cagle, Cartersville, GA; three grandchildren also survive
.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Rockmart First United Methodist Church with Rev. Jeanette Dickens officiating.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until the memorial hour in the parlor of the Rockmart First United Methodist Church.
