Genesis Rose Woolfork

Little Genesis Rose Woolfork, three month old infant daughter of Lacey Pinkard and Darius Woolfork, Sr., passed away Monday, September 11, 2017.

She was born in Rome, GA on June 3, 2017. Genesis was preceded in death by maternal great great grandparents: Cara Ann Hooper and Buddy Pinkard; paternal great grandparents Janice and Perry Middlebrooks and Roberta and Milton Woolfork.

Genesis is survived by her parents, Lacey Pinkard and Darius Woolfork, Sr.; four brothers and sisters: Malakhi Pinkard, Zaleyah Pinkard, Makenna Pinkard and Darius Woolfork, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Steve and Lynn Pinkard; paternal grandparents, Charles Woolfork, Sr. and Cynthia Glover; maternal great grandparents, Teresa and James Millholland and Carolyn Mayfield; special aunts: Siera Pinkard, Dray Pinkard, Debra Glover Todd, Banikka Glover, Wanda Woolfork and Charlene Woolfork; special uncles: Melvin Todd, Mekiel Woolfork and Charles Woolfork, Jr.; two God mothers: Arielle Deems and Cassie Summerville; a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Joy Fredrick officiating. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery.

Steve Pinkard and Charles Woolfork will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Monday from 12 noon until the service hour at the funeral home.
