Hazel Virginia Costlow Williams

Mrs. Hazel Virginia Costlow Williams, age 86, of Aragon, GA passed away Sunday, September 15, 2024.

Mrs. Williams was born in Taylorsville, GA on December 12, 1937, a daughter of the late William Ivie “Buddy” Costlow and the late Eva Meeks Costlow. Hazel was a great Christian lady and was a member of Bethel Crossroads Baptist Church. She was a loving and caring person who loved everyone she met. 

In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Williams; three sons, Billy Williams, Jerry Williams and Darrell Gregory Williams.

Hazel is survived by three sons, Randy Williams and his wife Judy, Allen Williams, and Marcus Williams, all of Taylorsville; two brothers, Neal Costlow and Ben Costlow; ten grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Williams will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church with Rev. Brent Edwards and Rev. Tony Lyle officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will include James Murray, Allen Williams, Wesley Williams, Adam Williams, Dennis Williams, and Keith Williams.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home.
