Howard Lane

Mr. Howard Lane, age 80, of St. Helena, CA, formerly of Rockmart, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2009 in the Napa Valley.


Survivors include: sister, Mary Lane McRae, first cousins, Bootsie Webb Smith, Martha Fambro Williams, Kathryn Cummings and Marion Cummings; nieces and nephews, Lane McRae, Russell McRae, Frances McRae, Leigh Cagle and Scott McRae; and great nieces and nephews, Emily McRae, Becky McRae, Justin Collum and Leslie Collum.


A tribute to Howard Lane is contained in this weeks Rockmart Journal ( March 1-7, 2009) that chronicles the wonderful life that he lived.


Graveside memorial services for Howard Lane will be held Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Rose Hill Cemetery with Rev. Burch Fannin officiating.
