Jessie Junior Glines, Jr.

Mr. Jessie Junior Glines, Jr., age 60, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2023, at his residence.

Jessie was born in Atlanta, GA, on August 23, 1962, a son of the late Jessie Junior Glines, Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth Smith Glines. He had been in Rockmart for the past 30 years, moving here from Buchanan, GA. Jessie was formerly associated with EAM Textile Mill in Dallas, GA. He enjoyed working on lawnmowers and trucks and working at Tri-City Pawn Shop.

In addition to his parents, Jessie was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Miranda Thomas, and three sisters, Peggy Ann Ford, Carolyn Ann Woody, and Mary Louise Glines.

Jessie is survived by his wife, Dinah Leah Holbrook Glines; step-daughter, Tammy Toney; two sisters, Wanda Sue Mundy, and Rita Faye Glines; brother, Jamie Junior Glines. Six step-grandchildren also survive.

A memorial service for Jessie will be held on Saturday, July15, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Cowboy House of Praise of Cedartown, GA, with Mr. Bill Ingram, Rev. Daniel Cain, and Mr. Eric Ford officiating.
