Mr. Jimmy W. Kay, age 69, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2013 in Wellstar Paulding Hospital
Jimmy was born May 19, 1944 in Paulding County to Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Kay.
Jimmy was a member of the Beulah Land Baptist Church. He Graduated from Berry School in 1962 and is a member of the Berry Alumni Association.
Jimmy was a diesel Mechanic for over 28 years for UPS
Jimmy is survived by two daughters, Susan (Wendell) Williams of Rockmart, Georgia and Stacey (Brian) Freeman of Franklin, TN; two Sisters, Martha Sue Porter and Glenda Miller; one brother Charles ?Franklin? Kay. 4 Grandchildren, Joey Williams, Jessica Smith, Misty Williams and Fitz Freeman; one Great Grandchild Alona Williams and fiancee Glenda Rush.
He is proceeded in death by his parents Woodrow and Wilma Kay and his loving wife Edith Kay.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Harris officiating. A eulogy will be given by his daughter, Susan Williams.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 4:30 p.m. until the memorial hour at the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home.
Immediately following the memorial service the family will gather for a meal at the Depot at Richardson Field.
