Joanne Womack

Mrs. Joanne Womack, age 80, of Cedartown, GA and formerly of Rockmart passed away Friday, October 21, 2016 in Cedartown.

She was born on November 4, 1935 a daughter of Elmer Roberson and Verda Marks Roberson. She was a longtime employee of the Goodyear Mill of Rockmart. Mrs. Womack enjoyed quilting and making crafts.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Melvin, sister, Betty Ingram; son, Stephen and grandson Tarl Earwood.

Survivors include six children: Mike (Wendy) Earwood, Greg Proctor, Debra (Chris) Lyons, Karen Womack, Phil Womack and Stacey (Paul) Holbrook; sister, Willene Hames; eleven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, October 23, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Holbrook officiating.
