Lee Roy Wise

Mr. Lee Roy Wise, age 65, of 3386 Woodcrest Road Macon, GA passed away Sunday, December 7, 2008 in Macon, GA.


He was born in Pikeville, TN on February 5, 1943 a son of the late Floyd and Ella Lee Scott Wise. Mr. Wise was a former resident of Cedartown, GA moving to Macon in 1961 where he had made his home for the greater part of his life. He was retired from the Keebler Baking Company of Macon where he had been employed for 35 years.


Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Velva Wise of Macon to whom he was married on March 18, 1961; one daughter, Mrs. Alisa Davis, Thomaston; two sons: Mr. Lee Wise, Jr. and Mr. David Wise both of Macon; five grandchildren: Janie Wise, Macon, Ashley Wise, Macon, David Wise, Jr., Perry, Kaytlin Wise, Macon and Victoria Wise, Thomaston; one sister, Mrs. Virginia Jo Wise, Cedartown; three brothers: Mr. Jimmy Wise, Rome, Mr. Walter Wise, Cedartown and Mr. Don Wise, Rockmart; a special brother in law, Mr. Tony Garrett, Cedartown.


Graveside funeral and interment services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2008 in Polk Memory Gardens.
