Lena Mae Robinson

Mrs. Lena Mae Robinson, age 90, of Aragon, GA passed away peacefully Saturday, December 27, 2014 at her residence.

She was born in Haralson County, GA on December 15, 1924 a daughter of the late Henry R. Millhollan and Minnie Lou Woody Millhollan. Mrs. Robinson had lived all of her life in Polk County where she was a retired employee of Integrated Products and was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church for 43 years. She was married to J.D. Baines for 32 years and was preceded in death by him in 1969 and later married to Charlie Robinson for 28 years who preceded her in death in 1996. Mrs. Robinson was also preceded in death by a daughter Pat Coker and by a son in law Jerry Coker.

Survivors include her children: Shirley Waites and husband James, Aragon, Jackie Baines, Rockmart, Brenda Bowman and husband David, Aragon, Gloria Crumbley and husband Glenn, Aragon, Wayne Baines and wife Melanie, Rockmart, Ricky Baines, Rockmart, Gail Honeycut, Rockmart; siblings, James Millhollan, New Hope, Mary Garner, Smyrna; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lake View Baptist Church with Rev. Eddy Hughes and Brian Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will include: Jerry Dover, Matthew Bowman, Anthony Bowman, John Massey, Derrick Baines, Gary Baines. Chuck Leathers and Kevin Carter will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7 until 9 p.m. at the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home.
