Lucille P. Wigley

Mrs. Lucille P. Wigley, age 81, of Aragon, GA passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016 at her residence.

She was born in Roane County, Tennessee on March 25, 1934 a daughter of L.B. Presley and Rose Manning Presley. Mrs. Wigley was a homemaker, was of the Baptist faith and had lived the greater part of her life in Aragon.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Eugene Wigley on February 16, 2001 to whom she was married on October 20, 1951; step mother, Thelma Millsaps Presley; son and daughter in law, David Wigley and Lisa Harper Wigley; brothers: Willie Presley, Jean Presley and Donnie Presley; twin infant brother and sister: Eddie and Betty Presley; and son in law: Danny Waddell.

Surviving children include: Wanda Waddell, Tommy Wigley and wife Sherry, William Wigley and wife Shelia and Billy Wigley and wife Cindy all of Aragon; grandchildren: Samantha Waddell, Sabrina Smith, Matthew Waddell, Melissa Long, Kathy Garrett, Jamie Matthews, Cindy Wisener, Bobby Wigley, Brandy Wigley, Christy Bowman, Ashley Wigley and David Ray Wigley; thirty great grandchildren; sisters: Faye Miller, Harriman, TN, Martha Mathis, Harriman, TN, Judy Stevens, Rockwood, TN, Ruth Presley, Rockwood, TN. Linda Carter, Oakdale, TN and Diane Boyles, Oakdale, TN; brothers: Charles Presley, Rockwood, TN and Benny Presley, Oakdale, TN.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 26, 2106 at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Chaplain Mitzi Oates officiating. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will include: David Ray Wigley, Bobby Wigley, Logan Wisener, Allen Wisener, Chris Sensing and Jody Matthews. Honorary pallbearers will include: Matt Bowman, Matthew Waddell, Robby Garrett and Adrian Harris.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home.
