Lynda L. Sprayberry

Mrs. Lynda L. Sprayberry, age 64, of Sciple Street Rockmart passed away suddenly Monday, September 13, 2010 upon arrival to Polk Medical Center, Cedartown.


She was born in Aragon, GA on October 11, 1945, a daughter of the late Leonard Odell Wright and the late Marie Dunn Wright. Mrs. Sprayberry had lived all of her life in Polk County. She was a member of the Aragon United Methodist Church and was employed by the Rockmart Nursing and Rehab Center. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters: Frances Wright and Virginia Wright Midgett; and a brother, Leonard Wright.


Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Kelly England and her husband, Darryl, Aragon; five grandchildren: Haleigh Deems, Ansleigh England, Kayley England, Breanna England and Toni England, all of Aragon; one brother, Richard F. Wright, Silver Creek; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.


Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Dr. James Sprayberry and Rev. Andrew Woodwarth officiating. Interment will follow in the Aragon Cemetery.


Pallbearers will include: Leonard Wright, Lane Odom, Klay Odom , Don Drummond,Kevin odom and William Bradford.


The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12 noon until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
