Martha Anne Walraven Justus

Mrs. Martha Anne Walraven Justus, age 77, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Saturday evening, March 9, 2024.

Martha was born May 9, 1946, in Calhoun, GA, a daughter of the late Charlie Ralph Walraven and Vernist Lee White Walraven.  She had lived her adult life in Rockmart and was of the Baptist faith.   Martha was associated with Engineered Fabrics for thirty years prior to retirement.  In her younger years she enjoyed canoeing and trout fishing.   Martha enjoyed spending time working with her flowers in her garden and cherished the time she had with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by a brother, Leon White, and a sister, Charlene Smith.

Martha is survived by her husband, Jerry Justus, whom she married April 9, 1999; two daughters, Rena (Tim) Maulding, and Rhonda Long; three grandchildren, Camille (Charles) Clark, Celeste (Tanner) Hall, and Justin (Kelsie) Long; three great-grandchildren, Coleman Clark, Eden Long, and Zion Long; two sisters, Judy McDowell, and Bonnie (Wayne) Hines.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Private graveside services for Martha will be held at Polk Memory Gardens and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
