Megan Causey

Mrs. Megan Causey, age 27, of Aragon, GA passed away suddenly Sunday, February 3, 2013 upon arrival to Floyd/Polk Medical Center, Cedartown, GA.

Megan was born in Marietta, GA on July 3, 1985. She had lived the greater part of her life in the Rockmart and Aragon area and for a number of years worked as a dog groomer with Pet Smart. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Lee Forrister Harpe on June 6, 2010.

Survivors include her husband, Kenny Causey of Aragon to whom she was married on January 28, 2004; a sister, Paula Morales, Rockmart; three brothers: Jeremy Morales and his wife Hilary, Chad Hulsey and Mikey Kay all of Rockmart; grandfather, O.C. Forrister, Cedartown; grandmother, Shelby Forrister, Rockmart; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Travis and Patricia Causey, Aragon; brothers-in-law: Kyle Causey, Kody Causey and Konnor Causey; sister-in-law, Alicia Causey; aunt and uncle, Jeannie and David Graham and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Deems officiating. Interment will follow in Polk Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will include: Jeremy Morales, Mikey Kay, David Graham, Caleb Graham, Charlie Woody and Billy Millholland.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
