Nancy Lee Crawford

Mrs. Nancy Lee Crawford, age 80, of Rockmart, GA passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020.

She was born in Oil City, PA on April 26, 1939, a daughter of the late Samuel Watson Runninger and the late Alice Fox Runninger. Mrs. Crawford lived the greater part of her life in Pennsylvania where she attended Calvary Methodist Church. Rockmart has been home for Mrs. Crawford for the past sixteen years. She had a love for sewing, making quilts, calligraphy, and crafts.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. (Don) Crawford on December 30, 2008; three brothers: James, Richard and Robert Runninger; and two sisters: Donna King and Naomi Thompson.

Survivors include her daughter, Marla J. Crawford Hert and her husband Walter, Jr.; Temple; four grandchildren: Ashley Hert (Pourya), Jesse Hert (Britany), Marlana Forbey (Travis), and Cashton Hert; five great-grandchildren: Addie Hert, Harlow Forbey; Grayson Bakhtiyar, Toby Bakhtiyar and Lexie Bakhtiyar; two brothers: John Runninger and Roger Runninger (Linda); sister, Sue Rice (Reginald); numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

In keeping with her wishes, Mrs. Crawford will be cremated and the family will have a private memorial service at a later date in Pennsylvania.
