Mrs. Nilida Glenda Trenary, age 81, of Plainville, GA passed away Friday, November, 12, 2010 in a Rome Medical Center.
She was born in Knoxville, Tennessee on February 2, 1929 a daughter of Clyde Haney and Beatrice Queen Haney. Mrs. Trenary had been a resident of Plainville, GA for the past twenty three years moving there from Doraville, GA. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Trenary on March 23, 1995; by a sister, Dixie Brannon and by two brothers, David Haney and Jack Haney.
Survivors include her son and daughter in law: Ricky and Ann Trenary of Duluth; two grandchildren: Kimberly Ann Heslep and husband Bobby, Buford and Charles Eric Trenary, Suwanee; three great grandchildren; five sisters: Toni Blair, Marietta, Nina Yarbrough, Silver Creek, Shirley Ingle, Rockmart, Barbara Haney, Rockmart and Myra Quintana, Jonesboro; one brother, Harold Haney, Blairsville.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Mr. Lonnie Hamrick officiating. Interment will follow in the New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 5 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will include: Lonnie Hamrick, Jody Yarbrough, Kyle Yarbrough, Mike Patterson, Wayne Davis and Cory Thomas.
The Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the funeral of Mrs. Nilida Glenda Trenary.
