Pat Smith

Mr. Pat Smith, age 65, of Rome, GA passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020.

Mr. Smith was born in Atlanta, GA on August 3, 1955, a son of the late Paul Smith and the late Elise Smith. He has lived the greater part of his life in Rome. Pat loved to play the guitar, enjoyed his job, and helping others. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Smith.

Survivors include his son, Scott Hopkins (Cori); three grandchildren: Tyler, Drew, and Emily Hopkins; brother, Paul Smith (Judy); two sisters: Nancy Delaney (John) and Terry Camp (Randy); several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews also survive.

In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Smith was cremated and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
