Patricia Ann Lusted

Mrs. Patricia Ann Lusted, age 96, of Rome, GA, passed away Thursday morning, March 27, 2025.

Mrs. Lusted was born in Cedar Rapids, IA, on August 16, 1928, daughter of the late Everett Pratt and Mary Menoher Pratt. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell College and worked for many years prior to retirement with Iowa Electric. Mrs. Lusted was a lifetime member of P.E.O. International and a deacon at Presbyterian Church. She loved reading and literature, going for walks and enjoying nature, and cherished gathering with friends. Mrs. Lusted also knew how to “fix things”.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lusted was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Pratt, and a sister, Maribell Mullins.

Mrs. Lusted is survived by three sons, Roderick Mark (Patricia) Lusted, Gregory Dean (Marcia) Lusted, and Stephan Jeffrey (Kathy) Lusted; six grandchildren, Ethan Lusted, Kevin (Christina) Lusted, Kitsel Lusted, Nicholas Lusted, Samuel Lusted, and Thomas Lusted; two great-grandchildren, Dahlia Lusted and Charter Lusted; the father of her children, Dean Lusted.

In keeping with her wishes, Mrs. Lusted will be cremated, a Celebration of Life will be planned at later date.
