Robert "Bobby" Winfred Pendley, Sr.

Mr. Robert “Bobby” Winfred Pendley, Sr., age 58, of Pensacola, Florida passed away Sunday, May 25, 2014 in Florida.

He was born in Alpharetta, GA on August 17, 1955 a son of Winfred Eugene Pendley and Elizabeth Daniel Pendley. Mr. Pendley lived the early part of his life in the Alpharetta and Austell area. He had lived in the Acworth area most of his adult life where he raised his three children before moving to Florida where he had made his home for the past year. He was a family man who loved to hunt, fish, play pool, pitch horse shoes and was a NASCAR fan.

Survivors include two daughters: Christy Pendley, Acworth and Julie and Lewis Farmer, Adairsville; one son, Robert Winfred Pendley, II, Cornelia, GA; nine grandchildren and one great grandson; parents: Winfred Eugene Pendley, Elijay, GA and Elizabeth Pendley, Rockmart, GA; four sisters: Evelyne Pendley, Kathy Coley, Tammie Taylor and Sue Moss; four brothers: Timmy Pendley, Tony Coley, Steve Coley and Tim Coley; thirteen nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 30, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Harold Garrett officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
