Sarah T. Duncan

Mrs. Sarah T. Duncan, age 72, of Buchanan, GA passed away Friday, May 30, 2014 in Buchanan.

She was born in Felton, GA on January 20, 1942 a daughter of the late Freeman Thomas Summerville and Sarah Elizabeth Garner Summerville. Sarah had lived most of her life in Douglas County. She was of the Pentacostal faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, LaChelle Tompkins.

Survivors include two sons: James Alan Childers, Alamo, GA and Endia Lynn Tompkins, Rockmart; two sister: Sue Head and husband Richard, Buchanan and Ann Meeks and husband John, Piedmont, AL.

In keeping with her wishes she was cremated and no formal services are to be held.
