Seward Ott Chambers, Jr.

Mr. Seward Ott Chambers, Jr. age 75, of Cedartown, GA passed away Friday, March 27, 2020.

He was born in Rome, GA on February 16, 1945, a son of the late Seward Ott Chambers, Sr. and the late Mary Elizabeth Tarbush Chambers. Mr. Chambers had lived all of his life in Polk County. He owned and operated Chambers Garage along with his father and son in Polk County since the early fifties. He enjoyed old cars and spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Wolfe.

Survivors include his wife of fifty six years, Molly West Chambers, of Cedartown to whom he was married on June 7, 1963; three sons: Kenneth Chambers and his wife Shannon, Rockmart, Michael Corey Chambers, Cedartown and Jamie Lance (J. Bird) Chambers, Cedartown; ten grandchildren: Ashley Chambers, Wendy Chambers, Jesse Wolfe, Dusty Chambers, Katie Wolfe, Chris Wiseman, Carrie Wolfenbarger, Austin Chambers, Ansley Chambers and Kaeden Chambers.; twelve great-grandchildren; sister, Elizabeth (Sue) West, Carrollton; and one nephew.

In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Chambers will be cremated and memorial services will be held at a later date.
