Stevie Meadows

Mr. Stevie Meadows, age 63, of Rockmart, GA, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021.

Mr. Meadows was born on May 5, 1958 in Cedartown, GA, to his parents: Jack Meadows and Carolyn Crawford. Stevie spent the greater part of his life in Polk County. He was retired after working many years in the aerospace industry. Stevie enjoyed working on old cars and riding motorcycles but his greatest joy in life was his precious grandchildren. Mr. Meadows was a loving husband, father, grandfather, step-father and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mr. Meadows was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Crawford Dye, father, Jack Meadows and brother, James Stanley Meadows.

Mr. Meadows is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Meadows, daughter, Tember Meadows Christopher, son, Joshua Meadows, step-son, Jackie Blake, step-father, David Dye, grandchildren: Kaleb Cook, Avery Cook, Paisley Christopher, Julianna Meadows, Finnley Blake, Olivia Blake and Scarlett Purvis and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mr. Stevie Meadows will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 3:00 PM in The Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Searles officiating. Interment will follow the service at Pine Bower Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Scott Dingler, Kaleb Cook, Jamey Crawford, Justin Jenkins, Lee Richardson and Ricky Atkins.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 1:00 PM until the service hour at 3:00 PM.
