Susan Lynn Dillard

Mrs. Susan Lynn Dillard, age 52, of 131 Waddell Circle, Aragon passed away Monday, June 7, 2010 in an Atlanta Hospital.


She was born in Newnan, GA on April 23, 1958 a daughter of Edward Gilley and Patricia Swofford Gilley. Susan had lived in the Carrollton area for 18 years, moved to Memphis, TN where she had made her home for 15 years and moved to Aragon in August of 2009. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church of Brighton, TN. Susan was a loving mother, daughter and Nana.


Survivors include her two children: Michele (Micki) Conley, Aragon and Steven Treadwell, Munford, TN; two grandsons: Trey Conley and Tyler Conley both of Aragon; mother, Pat Gleichauf and husband Bud, Rockmart; sister, Lisa Tenney and husband Ricky, Rockmart; aunt and uncle: Hazel and David Roberts, Newnan; niece, Cassie Tenney,; nephew Cody Tenney and wife Ashley and great niece, Makayla Tenney.


Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Second Baptist Church of Rockmart with Rev. David Warriner officiating. Interment will follow in Rockmart Memorial Gardens.


Pallbearers will include: David Roberts, Sr., David Roberts, Jr., John Roberts, Jeremy Roberts, Jordan Roberts and Cody Tenney.


The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
