Mrs. Tammy Chambers Wolfe, age 50, of Cedartown passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2017.
Tammy was born in Rome, GA on November 12, 1966 a daughter of Seward Ott Chambers, Jr. and Molly West Chambers. She had lived all of her life in Polk County and worked for Davis Core and Pad Company of Cave Spring, GA for fourteen years. Tammy enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles and spending time with all the kids in her family.
She is survived by two children: Jesse Wolfe (Kim), Cedartown and Katie Wolfe (Chandler), Cedartown; grandchildren: Hunter, Alexis and Kaiden; mother and father, Seward Ott Chambers, Jr. and Molly West Chambers, Cedartown; three brothers: Kenneth Chambers and his wife, Shannon, Rockmart, Corey Chambers, Cedartown and Lance (Jay) Chambers and his wife Tonya, Cedartown; nieces: Ashley Chambers, Wendy Chambers, Ansley Chambers and Carrie Wolfenboger; nephews: Dusty Chambers, Austin Chambers and Chris Weisman.
Memorial services will be held Friday, April 14, 2017 at 6:00 PM in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Craig McDonald officiating and a eulogy given by Ashley Chambers.
The family will receive friends Friday from 3:00 PM until the service hour at the funeral home.
