Vickie Bell Michalic

Mrs. Vickie Bell Michalic, age 48, of Nelson Road Milledgeville, GA and formerly of Cedartown, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2011following a brief illness.


Vickie was born in Rockmart, GA on December 25, 1962 a daughter of Eugene Crawford and Johnnie Yvonne Bell Crawford. She had been a resident of Milledgeville for the past seven years moving there from Cedartown. Vickie was a graduate of Cedartown High School and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Keith Bell and a son Keith Eugene Bell. She was also preceded in death by her father, Eugene Crawford, step father, Tommie Dover, grandparents: Ruby and Calvin Bell and Howard and Magaline Crawford; and a brother in law, Jay Michalic.


Survivors include her husband, T.J. Michalic, Milledgeville; children: Amy Dingler and husband Stacy, Cedartown, Daniel Bell and wife Sindy, Cedartown, Samantha Michalic, Milledgeville , Bubba Michalic, Milledgeville and Paul Konow; three grandchildren: Jaden Dingler, Zarian Dingler and Brayden Bell; mother, Johnnie B. Dover, Centre,AL; two sisters: Donna Seddon and Bonnie McCarty both of Cedartown; brother, Frank Crawford, Cedartown; mother and father in law: Bill and Sue Weldon and Bill and Margie Bell; brothers in law: Mike and Callie Michalic, Joby and Janet Weldon, Ronnie and Sherry Weldon and Angie and Fred Green; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.


Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Argo and Rev. Moses Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Polk Memory Gardens.


Pallbearers will include: Jeff Crawford, Aaron McCarty, Andrew McCarty, Chris Seddon, Jason Hogg, Jeff Hogg and Nick Renfroe.


The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and at other hours may be contacted at the residence of a sister, Bonnie McCarty, 35 Wieuca Way, Cedartown.


The Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
