Mrs. Wanda Jean McDaniel, age 69, of Lindale, GA, passed away Thursday morning, May 16, 2024, at her residence.
Mrs. McDaniel was born in Rome, GA, on November 18, 1954, daughter of the late Robert Waylon Camp and Frances Sanders Camp Stubbs. She had lived the greater part of her life in Floyd County and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. McDaniel was employed with Tip Top Poultry for a number of years.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. McDaniel was preceded in death by her husband, David McDaniel, step-father, Roy Stubbs, two brothers, Jackie Sanders and Greg Camp, and a sister, Paula Stiles.
Mrs. McDaniel is survived by her companion of 25 years, Doug Waddle; sisters, Brenda Smith, Cindy Stiles, and Pamela Vasser, and a brother, Shane Stubbs. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Memorial services for Mrs. McDaniel will be held on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Vance Stiles officiating.
Mrs. McDaniel’s family will receive friends at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour.
