Mrs. Willie Pearl Heath, age 89, of Rome, GA passed away Thursday, November 3, 2016 in a Rome medical center.
She was born in Columbus, GA on September 13, 1927, a daughter of the late Clyde Walden and Odie Pearl Eason Walden. Mrs. Heath had lived the greater part of her life in Cartersville and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Heath and a sister, Evelyn Walden.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Lanham and her husband Joe of Rome; six grandchildren: Greg (Angela) Lanham, Dawn Lanham, Brandi Lanham, Jodi (Cindy) Lanham, Sean (Chey) Lanham and April (Neal) Mulkey; and twelve great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Brent Edwards and Rev. Josh Cowart officiating. Interment will follow in the Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery of Cartersville, GA.
Pallbearers will include: Greg Lanham, Jodi Lanham, Neal Mulkey, Sean Lanham, Levi Hunt and Tristan Hunt.
The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 12 noon until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
The Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the funeral of Mrs. Willie Pearl Heath.
